It's wonderful to be underwater, to swim in a world of blue with glowing beams of light plunging the depths; colourful strands of seaweed caress my skin as I swim through them. Taking a breath I dive down and flip over to look up and take in the source of that beauty, the sun seduces my spirit, that glowing dancing flower of light. Suspended in this water, my spirit glows back, feeling the greater connection with the planet, feeling the warm touch of the sun, radiating joy.
